Attendant Education
The Complete Comfort Care training program is known as the best, most comprehensive program around. Our new attendants receive two days of paid, hands-on training in a clinical setting. Training includes some (but not all) of the following:
- Infection Control
- Differing dietary needs
- Skin Integrity concerns
- Hazardous Materials
- Fall Risk Prevention
- Safety concerns
- Various types of transfer equipment and practices
Complete Comfort Care Attendants are also certified in CPR and first aid.
Client Care Supervisors also conduct re-education at each visit and on annual hire-date basis.
Lastly, all attendants after two years of employment participate in a one-day recertification course.
